What photos do you need from me?
Any existing photos you have, even smartphone shots work as a starting point. We typically work with 15–30 images per property. We'll let you know if we need anything specific once we receive your brief.
How does the 24h priority delivery work?
Premium orders jump to the front of our queue. Once we confirm receipt of your photos and brief, your finished video is delivered within 24 hours via a download link, ready for Funda, Pararius, Instagram, or wherever you need it.
Can I upgrade my package after ordering?
Yes, as long as editing hasn't started yet, we can upgrade your order and you simply pay the difference. Just send us a message as soon as possible after placing your order.
What format is the final video delivered in?
4K MP4 (H.264), compatible with all major listing platforms and social media. On request we can also include a vertical 9:16 cut for Instagram Reels at no extra charge.
Do you work with properties outside the Netherlands?
Absolutely. Our process is fully remote: we work from your photos and brief, so location is no barrier. We have clients across Europe and beyond.
