It started with a conversation. Lucas and Wirachai had been friends for years, the kind of friends who are always dissecting ideas, spotting gaps, and asking "why isn't anyone doing this better?" One afternoon, scrolling through property listings that all looked the same (flat photos, zero personality), the answer became obvious.
Every one of those properties had a story. A mood. A feeling that a still image simply couldn't carry. But video? Done right, video could make someone stop mid-scroll and think: that's the one.
So they built L & W Marketing from the ground up in Apeldoorn, with no outside funding, no corporate backing, and no interest in doing things the slow way. Just two people who decided the market deserved something better, and got to work.
